Managing your career requires that you successfully identify your skills, interests and values. The One-to-One Career Coaching Service offered by Organizational Performance Dimensions (OPD) helps you to explore your career interests, values and "fit" to maximize work/life balance, job satisfaction and career success. You will have a chance to take three unique career assessments and receive individualized career coaching to facilitate your career transition or career change.

You will work one-to-one with a career coach (Dr. Kenneth Nowack) via unlimited email for a month or up to one-half-hour of telephone consultation. Each assessment provides a unique self-reflection of your skills, interests, values and ability to cope with work and life stress to assist you in effectively managing your career. Each confidential report provides developmental resources, websites and tools to help you to explore your job, career and life options. Career assessments include:

• Performance View/360--A 360-degree feedback instrument to help you gain insight about critical skill strengths and development areas associated with career success
  
  
• Career Profile Online--Provides insight about three career factors associated with job satisfaction and "fit including career stage, career path preference and political style orientation
  
  
• Stress Assessment Profile--Provides feedback about occupational stress and coping behaviors to more effectively manage job burnout and facilitate work/family balance

• Online administration of the Career Profile Online, Manager View/360 or Performance View/360 and the Stress Profile Inventory

• Unlimited e-mail for one-month or one half-hour telephone consultation
